With only one price increase during the 14 years our family has been selling in Clarksville, these Amish-built sheds, garages, barns, and more are as hardy and reliable as ever. Once you finish your custom design and take advantage of our built-in discounts, you will own a product you can be proud of–and even live in, if you want to. These structures are built like a house, not a shed.
If you tour our lot to check out the sample buildings we have on display, the first thing you will see is that all of our Amish buildings are on five 4×4 skids where our competitors only use three or sometimes four. This enhanced durability and sturdy design is seen in the studs as well; all of our buildings (except the Economy Barn) are on 16″ studs: floor, walls, and ceiling. Often you will find that competitors tout their 16″ studs on the walls, but leave the ceiling at 24″ studs or worse. All of our Amish buildings have a plywood wrap under the vinyl siding, and the floor is a man-made composite with tongue-and-groove interlock that will not warp or buckle. We’ve even run experiments where we leave a section of the floor in a bucket of water for a year–after drying, it pops right back into place.
We also offer free delivery, leveling, and blocking. Shipping is free for the first 30 miles, and only $5 per loaded mile outside of that range.
